Dine on Fresh Farm-to-Table Fare at our Anderson, CA Restaurant

Relish the bounty of the seasons at Woodsidegrill, the on-site restaurant at Gaia Hotel and Spa in Northern California. Savor made-from-scratch American cuisine in a casual, contemporary setting, against the backdrop of the Sacramento River near Redding. Renowned for its sustainable cooking practices, the acclaimed Woodsidegrill features creative Northern California cuisine, sourced from local farmers, ranchers, and food purveyors.

Feast on hand-cut steaks, fresh seafood, pastas, chicken, salads, and an exclusively-California wine list. Sip on a cup of Peet's coffee or a Peet's cafe latte. Punctuate a delicious entree with decadent desserts, including crème brûlée, decadent chocolate cake, and the signature Gaia Guilty Pleasure.

Gather in a relaxing, modern atmosphere featuring works from local artists and weekly live entertainment. Outside the large windows, the hotel swans circle lazily in the lagoon, providing the perfect backdrop as you stroll back across the bridge to your room.

Anderson's only LEED certified restaurant, Woodsidegrill features recycled glass countertops and sustainably harvested timber for a unique green dining experience in Northern California. In addition to recycling and composting programs, the restaurant dedicates a portion of food to feed needy families in Shasta and Butte counties. It also reserves non-composted food waste to help local farms feed livestock, so you can be sure you're doing good while eating well.
