Only ANSI accredited material and examination meeting state requirements are provided. The Workshop includes the instructional class and an examination. The examination may be taken electronically (online) or on paper (scantron) but cannot be taken without a proctor present. If you choose the online class, you will still need to come to our location for the exam. Please arrive at 2:20 for the exam. The Exam is an Electonic Exam, you must bring a laptop, tablet or smartphone to take the test. The results are instant and proof of passing score is available the same day. Pen & paper (scantron) exams are available, results can take up to 3 weeks to process and additional processing fees apply. For more information, please call 877-227-5212. The Online Course is a food safety managers course for the food manager. Please, allow 8-10 hours to complete the online course which can be done from the comfort of your home or office. The Online course does not have to be done all in one sitting but should be completed by the exam date you register for. The Redding Food Safety workshop Shasta County runs from 10:00 am - 4:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. THIS IS FOR THE CALIFORNIA FOOD MANAGER.
