    Located near the park's southwest entrance, the Kohm Yah-mah-nee Visitor Center features an educational bookstore, gift shop, cafe, auditorium, an amphitheater, exhibits, a summer patio and a dining area. Call 530-595-4480 for more information.

    Lassen Volcanic National Park provides a wealth of warm-weather recreational activities, including swimming, birdwatching, stargazing and more. With over 150 miles of hiking trails, it's also an ideal destination for hikers and backpackers. During the winter months, these trails become popular with snowshoers, who seek the warmth of the park's numerous hydrothermal features.
